This villa is about a seven-minute drive from the town of Estepona and the town of Sabinillas. It is in a popular area known as “Buenas Noches”. This is an established area mainly made up of good sized villas on private plots. As you enter Buenas Noches, you go up a small hill for about 30 metres. This gives the villa a good elevation away from the road and provides uninterrupted sea views. The beach is only about 500 metres away and you can walk to the beach by using the footbridge to cross the main road. Within the urbanisation there is an italian restaurant with a large chill-out terrace. Down the road is the Albayt country club which also has a restaurant, Spa & Gym and putting green.
